Fashion: The Super Combo Black And White
Black and White are a fantastic combination and the so-called monochrome look has been around everywhere. With this in mind and also this article by Look Magazine, have been a fantastic source of inspiration to me, so I thought I'm going to share with you my take on the look. What looks so easy and effortless in the magazine requires actually some fashion knowledge and combination skills. After a few hours in my wardrobe (and countless outfits later) I’ve put together the following style. Hope you'll enjoy!
|Monochrome: Black & White #OOTD|
|Styling Tip|
I love the combination of my Uniqlo harem trousers and my black Vero Moda blazer. Generally I think that a black blazer glams up most outfits so it is always a wise investment to have a simple one as a wardrobe essential.
I love the photos and I will wear this outfit when the next opportunity comes along...maybe next time when I go out for a meal. This outfit is very eye catching, so I’d rather hit the streets of London with it rather than Gloucester.
I’m wearing:
Black Blazer: Vero Moda 25 € ca. £20 (season 2012)
Harem Trousers: Uniqlo £12,50 (current 2014 season)
White Blouse: Uniqlo £19,90 (current 2014 season)
Pirate Chain Necklace: Miss Selfridge £15 (season spring 2013)
Leather Shoes: Buffalo 100 € ca. £90 (season 2012)
Clutch: Warehouse £10 in the sale (season summer 2013)
Harem Trousers: Uniqlo £12,50 (current 2014 season)
White Blouse: Uniqlo £19,90 (current 2014 season)
Pirate Chain Necklace: Miss Selfridge £15 (season spring 2013)
Leather Shoes: Buffalo 100 € ca. £90 (season 2012)
Clutch: Warehouse £10 in the sale (season summer 2013)
Thank you so much for reading today's post. Do you like the monochrome trend? What do you think of my outfit?
Till next time,
