Lifestyle: Life Lately In London 3

Image
I can't believe how fast another busy, yet super amazing week in London has gone by. I feel like I've experienced a lot more in the last two months of living here, than I have in the past two years. It is incredible! So this week I made an appearance on the red carpet, attended my second London Fashion Week show, went for a job interview, tried and tested a very healthy breakfast cereal AND had a sneak peek at Karl Lagerfeld's AW15 collection (and the weekend isn't even over yet!).  1. Karen And I Rocked The Red Carpet At Cosmo's FashFest Thanks To River Island * Karen received an amazing invite the other day by India from River Island . She invited her to come along Cosmopolitan's FashFest and Karen was allowed to bring a plus one. Have a guess who the lucky person was! I can't believe Karen chose me and I'd like to thank her a million times for taking me to this fantastic event. Karen, Paige , Ella , Me and the ladies from River Island . The fashion s...

Fashion: The Hottest Shoe Trends For SS15

Image
How are you? I'm a UK size 7 and buying shoes is a real nightmare for me. Most of the time the shoes of my dreams aren't available - sold out, low stock, only manufactured till size 6, (shop assistant) who has size 7? - I had it all. That's why they are my least favourite fashion item to shop and I haven't been too bothered about them. However, this season this might change as there are some gorgeous styles out there which have regained my fashion interest in shoes. |Studded Pointed Flats // Valentino| A friend of mine wore a pair of studded pointed ballerinas and I was starstrucked the moment I saw them. The classy design of a ballerina with a tapered front and studs along the fine strap line made these shoes an instant eye-catcher. The ballerinas were open at the sides and made of pony hair to even more wow me completely over. SHOE MUST HAVE was all I could think of. Well, ever since I saw that pair, I've been on the hunt for some. My friend mentioned 'River I...

Fashion: AW 14 Accessories You Should Shop Now

Image
How are you? The season has some fantastic accessories and I thought I should reveal some of the spot on trends plus where you can shop them at reasonable prices. Hope you'll enjoy and let me know which one is your favourite accessory. |1. The Blanket Wrap| Since Burberry send its models over the catwalk with a personalised blanket wrap at their latest fashion show, this accessory has become a huge trend this autumn. Blanket capes, ponchos or wraps are easy to style and a casual accessory to throw over your shoulders to keep you warm for the colder days. They are everywhere to find on the High Street: from Topshop via River Island to Urban Outfitters, they all have them in their current range. However, the leader with the most extensive range of ponchos is New Look. They have over 10 different styles with various patterns and colours and the quality is great for £19.99. Also, Stradivarius has a lovely one which is more an oversized cape than a blanket. Their capes come in caramel, ...

Fashion: Autumn Fashion OOTD. Cotswold's Style

My friend Thursa lives in the beautiful Cotswolds and we went for lunch yesterday. It was a misty and very autumnal day, perfect to shoot a few pictures for an #ootd post. Hope you'll enjoy. I slowly have to say good bye to summer but luckily it is still warm enough to wear my Miss Selfridge jumpsuit. I've teamed it up with my Poncho from Stradivarius and tried to colour match it with my handbag and boots. Brown has been one of my favourite colours and it is a blocker, which means you can combine it with any other colour.  I’m wearing: Leopard Scarf: Primark (winter season 2013/2014, £3) Cognac Leather Boots: Clarks (winter season 2008/2009 £100) Polka Dot Jumpsuit: Miss Selfridge (current season 2014, sale £17) Cognac Blanket Wrap with Belt: Stradivarius (current season 2014, £15.99) Pendant Necklace: Accessorize (current season 2014, in the sale £5) Handbag: Dorothy Perkins (season 2008/2009 £30) Bangle: River Island (season 2005/2006, £10) Till next time and let me kno...
